		Lee Elliott Director of Coaching This is my second year as Director of Coaching (DOC) at Colchester Soccer Club. I have a BS Degree in Football coaching, development and administration. I coached CSC for 7 years and will be entering my 6th year as the Bacon Girls Varsity coach. A big part of my success at Bacon has been having such a successful feeder program in CSC. I have also coached at Mitchell College where I was the assistant and GK coach on the women's side. I am a Girls Academy coach at Oakwood Soccer Club. In spring 2021, I won the state cup with my Southeast 03 girls team, we were only the second girls' team to ever do that in the club's history. We travelled to regionals and represented well playing against the #1 team in the nation.
